We have been working with REACT for five years starting with a large programme of skills development in managing difficult conversations for senior and middle managers. As well as the high quality of the role players and facilitators provided, a key part of the success of the programme was a partnership approach both to the development of case studies and facilitation. This meant it was owned by our University rather than just being delivered to us. This approach has continued with further work on appraisal training as well as several one-off bespoke collaborations especially around customer service.
