Welcome to our second 'Meet the Team' post! Next up is Managing Director, Adrian Cook.
Why did you make the decision to invest and join React as MD?
I was a regular client of React during a corporate career leading change for many well-known organisations.
Partnering with React is enjoyable and I became a fan of React people and their ‘why, how and what’…so when the opportunity arose to join to help React develop, and grow the business around the world, I was delighted!
What were you doing before React? And how has it helped you as Managing Director?
I’ve been fortunate to work with many talented people at every level in industries such as Telecoms, FMCG, Retail, Tech, Marine and Consulting- and I’ve picked up a few things along the way! I’m also lucky to have a rewarding private life. Every success, failure, good decision or howling mistake, at work and away from it, has helped me to perform my role today.
Where do you see React heading in the future?
The future is exciting…React continues to grow around the world. Pioneering our creative services across new
media, and countries, to become even more accessible to anyone who needs help to be successful!

What does your current day-to-day job entail?
No day is the same because I’m involved in every aspect of our business. Essentially, I lead, direct, manage, coach and do what I can to serve my purpose, which is to help everyone involved with React to be successful.
Any advice you would give to your younger self?
Consciously try as many different roles and industries as you can and be courageous in trying new things (even if they scare you) - everything you learn and experience will be valuable…you might even discover your passion and create a business, or role for yourself!
What do you do when you’re not working?
I read a lot, and I love being outdoors - fly fishing, target shooting and exploring with my dog, Watson.
